Medical, radiological and soil evidence; investigated and never explained

Canada’s most physically documented UFO case. On 20 May 1967 Stefan Michalak, an industrial mechanic prospecting for quartz near Falcon Lake, said he approached a landed craft, was hit by a blast of hot gas from a grid of holes in its side, and staggered out of the bush with his shirt burned through and a grid of burns across his chest. The burns were photographed and treated, his clothing was radioactive, and soil from the site returned elevated radiation. The RCMP, the RCAF and American investigators all looked at it and none produced an explanation. Canada Post put it on a stamp in 2019.
