James St. John · CC BY 2.0 · source

An abandoned cement quarry south of Buffalo, saved by local people and now the best trilobite site in New York State. Eldredgeops trilobites, many enrolled, come out of the Windom Shale along with brachiopods, corals and crinoids. It is set up for the public: tools available, staff who identify things, and you keep everything you find. Seasonal, roughly spring to autumn.
